2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, in its data centre in Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data (such as IP address, date and time, pages requested and browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure. IP addresses in the log files are anonymised. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have concluded a data-processing agreement with the host (Art. 28 GDPR). The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose.

3. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server; no data is sent to font providers.

4. Contacting us by email or phone

If you contact us, we process the details you provide (for example your name, email address, phone number and message) to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our email is provided by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google may also process data outside the EU, for example in the USA; such transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it, and longer only where the law requires us to (for example, tax records).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above.

6. Right to lodge a complaint
